Scott Stephens

Scott Stephens of Sentech, Inc. supports the U.S. Department of Energy’s Solar Energy Technologies Program. At the DOE, he leads the efforts in the evaluation and negotiation of cost-shared awards to industry-led PV projects; specifically with the new Technology Pathway Partnerships and PV Technology Incubator programs. Prior to working with the DOE, Mr. Stephens worked for the U.S. Patent Office examining applications pertaining to optical systems including solar concentrating systems. He holds a M.S. in Physics from the University of Delaware where he studied the optical properties of PV thin films with the Institute of Energy Conversion and a B.A. in Physics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
